How long has Titan existed?

Titan was initially developed in the 1980s. It is in active development today.

Our shop runs 24/7. Can we depend on Titan?

Absolutely. We have many customers who run 24/7. You can depend on Titan. It will be there when you need it. The longest continuous uptime we recall was a few days shy of two full years!

 

Our Bills of Materials are quite complex. Can Titan handle this?

Yes. The deepest bill we recall was 10 levels. Is yours deeper?

 

What kind of data extraction tools are available?

All of them. Obviously some are easier to use than others, but we've seen everything and our database plays well with other tools.

We don't have an IT staff. What can we do?

Run Titan. Many of our customers do not have any kind of IT staff. We can run the whole infrastructure for you if you like, or work with your existing contractors. It doesn't matter to us. Whatever you need to be successful, we'll work with you.

 

Can I run Titan in a virtual environment?

Sure. It is a very wise and economical decision.
