Continuous Flow Manufacturing
The ISG*TITAN Continuous Flow Manufacturing module works with Inventory Management to track the manufacturing activities from the issue of raw materials through to completion. It encompasses shop floor control, job costing and work-in process inventory management functions.
ADVANCED FUNCTIONALITY AND FEATURES:
Set-up formulas/recipes (Bill of Material) and process stages (fixed routings) for the products to be processed, and report the production activity on regular periodic intervals using backflush techniques to manage work-in process inventory control, cost accounting and variance reporting.

Use it to analyze your results from a global perspective, trouble-shoot down to detailed information and then measure the effects of your corrective actions over time.
